Required for most camps.

Many schools require health forms and releases in order for you to attend camp.

Please make sure that your forms are filled out and returned to the address provided. Insurance requirements at most colleges and universities require all attendees to return completed forms, signed by parents or guardians.

Q. How old do you have to be to attend a College Softball Camp or Clinic?

A. Each College Softball Camp usually has camps for youth and then High School camps. Check the school of choice to see the different options available.
